We want you to love your Caddis pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt until your return is fully processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
